Description
This issue begins with Spidey dealing with the aftermath of the Red Goblin's near-fatal attack on all his allies.

As the next chapter begins, we find Spidey sneaking into Horizon Labs, only to be immediately attacked by the Red Goblin's flaming pumpkins (as this page shows). The pumpkins are rigged with communication devices, which explain to Spidey that since he has violated their 'deal,' the Red Goblin will now go after his most cherished loved ones, starting with M.J.

Then Spidey gets blown up, and it does not look good.

And this is just in the first 8 pages !!! What an issue !!

I'm thrilled to own this exciting page, drawn by one of my very favorite Spidey artists.

You know, I really like the last panel the most, because it looks like Spidey is being crushed under the weight of all the other panels above!

That's some heavy linework.

Definitely a nice page from what was a great issue!  Very clear from the get go that Spidey's going to have a huge hill to climb against this powered up Goblin.  I really like the movement in that 4th panel.  Ouch!  Congrats, Paul!

Let me tell you something Paul. Ramos is agreat Artist, but it's main engine is Victor Olazaba. Any piece that Olazaba inks is quite of a superior level. As this page shows very clearly. Love first panel. Inker rules pick!

Ramos is one of THE best Spidey artists. Many draw him in too static a fashion, but exemplified in this page, Ramos shows Peter's emotion through the mask. That first panel and the last one especially illustrate what I mean. LOVE LOVE LOVE this one. Thank you for sharing.

What a great comment, thanks so much!  And I agree with you that Ramos draws a very dynamic and fluid Spidey.  He's one of my top favorite artists for the webslinger.
