Description

Remember Franken-Castle? Back in the days of "Dark Reign," Wolverine's son Daken fought the Punisher and managed to cut off both of Frank Castle's arms, and then decapitate him. Things looked bad for Frank, until he was reconstructed by Morbius and the Legion of Monsters as a Frankenstein monster.
After being revived, Frank found a way to live with his new limitations and make peace with what he had become, continuing to punish the guilty, as well as protect other 'monstrous entities' being targeted by their enemies.

Good times.

In this issue of Deadpool Team-Up, a widow hires Deadpool to avenge her husband and kill The Punisher. Wade Wilson follows a trail that leads him under the city of NY and headfirst into an army of monsters led by none other than ... Franken-Castle.

Hilarity ensues.

This is one of my favorite covers from the entire Deadpool Team-Up run. I love how even the normally flippant Deadpool seems momentarily daunted by the visage of the monstrosity before him. I also really like the subterranean feel of the backgrounds.
