Description

The original caption at the bottom reads "He seemed to be approaching OK - then he passed me and the car seemed to go out of control!" This is an original conte crayon piece complete with the usual stamped backer board and tape markings at the edges. The signature stockings, gloves and heels that Ward did so well are all here in this one. Published in Popular Cartoons 4/70 according to stamp and notation on the back.
