DescriptionPK Un Nuovo Eroe (A New Hero) is the name of the comic book volume, published on the occasion of Lucca Comics & Games 2019, which saw the relaunch of that character who in the second half of the 90s had reached a remarkable popularity."Another time, another place, but the same masked duck ever. "Un Nuovo Eroe" is the new and unedited story in which we will find the super duck who, after having faced Evronian emotional vampires and a series of endless enemies for years, this time will have to appeal to all his resources to get out of the space-time trouble in which he found himself." This was meant as the cover of the volume, but in the end it was not approved and the assignment went to Andrea Freccero (see the actual cover here). Anyway, it looks like the idea of a cover featuring PK only and not particularly descriptive of the story contents was there since the beginning. New costume aside, this could be the cover to any Paperinik magazine issue. Here we can only see PK (with a new costume) coming out from the ground making use of what looks like a new feature of his own extransformer shield, a drill (guess what, the shield doesn't have that feature in the story even though PK used a drill tool at some point). Lavoradori's art is powerful and expressive, as usual.
