DescriptionAs with the other Cyborg Superman art in this gallery room, this half-splash continues from the "Evil's Might" storyline written by Cyborg Superman creator Dan Jurgens, and illustrated exquisitely by Mighty Mike Perkins, who gives a subtle but brilliant tip of the hat to Jurgens, by including the 4 tiny inset panels plus background explosion, all in the same style as Jurgens himself drew them on pages 12 & 13 of Superman #80!As you can read by clicking on my additional image of the scan from the comic book, this page features Cyborg Superman continuing to taunt Hal Jordan, telling Hal that Cyborg Superman is the one thing that Hal fears most, reminding him not only of how he once obliterated 7 million people by destroying Coast City, but that he can also do it again. You are knocking it out of the park with these amazing Cyborg Superman pages! And I love the reference to the historical destruction of Coast City. That story totally floored me at the time, and it's totally fair for a villain to bring it up as part of his villainous resume.
