Description

Detective Comics (Vol. 1) #1009 original variant cover art for "Survivor" (October 2019). This is the first story in the arc where Floyd Lawton, aka Deadshot, returns to Gotham. Mr. Freeze also plays a large role as the build up for the Year of the Villain continues. The very talented Bryan Hitch drew this dynamic variant cover. It depicts Batman soaring into the windshield of a car, foot extended, ready to wreak havoc on the baddies inside the car. Bryan's Batman is very recognizable, as is the backdrop of the Gotham cityscape. Done with pencil and ink on 11" X 17" art board.

Cool, man! Let me guess though, because I've been seeing a pattern forming for quite some time now, you're goal is to eventually acquire every Detective Comics cover from #27 to present and Batman #1 to present, right?
