Description
Apparently a tryout for a potential comic strip starring Dolly Parton, done by Fran Matera, best known for his work on 'Steve Roper and Mike Nomad'. Sharman DiVono is a science fiction and comics author, so I assume she wrote the strip.

These are the pencils for a fully inked piece I have posted previously.
