Description

Yet more splendid art from Embleton.

Gudrun discovers a dead knight on the beach, washed ashore from a shipwreck. Hagen takes the armour and weapons and easily defeats the Griffens. Hagen and the three maidens board a passing ship, but it belongs to an enemy of his father. Luckily he is now strong enough to throw the men overboard. Reaching home he finds his father has died and he is now King. He marries one of the maidens and soon a daughter Hilde is born.
