Page features four panels, showing Spider-Man in battle w/Venom, who has taken over Ms. Marvel (now Captain Marvel) after she pulled Mac Gargan (the former Scorpion) from the symbiote's grasp. Second panel features great multi-image of Spider-Man leaping off of church belltower to kick Venom into powerlines, shocking the symbiote into submission.
