Captain America No. 117, pae 18

One of the first pages of comic book art that I ever bought -- at the 1972 San Diego Comic Book Convention (before ComiCon) at the El Cortez Hotel. It was really much better when it was much smaller. I bought my very first original at the first regular San Diego Con, at the U.S. Grant Hotel, in 1970. It was a page from JLA No. 21, which I bought from a kid that was holding it as we both ascended the hotel in an elevator -- $7.00 cash.
