DescriptionOne of my absolute favorite What if stories. Everyone knows the great Bill S. cover but Ron Wilson really delivered amazing interior art as well. I have long wanted a page from this issue and I tried to purchase this page many times from a fellow collector and friend in this great hobby. He finally relented in 2020 and we worked out a deal and I am now the proud owner of this page. There are a couple other pages I would love to own in this issue, but this is my absolute favorite page. Thanks T!Additional images for the cover and printed page. Social/Sharing |

He seems perturbed. How unlike him. Agreed, this was a great issue, and it's cool seeing such a great What If page. You have a good friend that would hook you up like this. Congrats!

I thought the hulk was berserk most of the time? He must have killed hundred if not thousands, throwing stuff around. Great page.

As a life-long Hulk fan, this issue was certainly one of the coolest What If? stories, and this was surely the most memorable page. Great to see it, congrats on acquiring it, Dave!

Thanks Ruben, I think this is a favorite story of most hulk fans, at least from what I hear.

Thanks for your comment, it made me realize I butchered the inker credits here. Marvel cites Akin and Garvey. If it is Adkins, let me know. Thanks again.

Exactly! I can't believe this is my only published page by Ron. I need a nice page with the Thing!

Persistence personified! (I meant you, in acquiring the page, although I guess if someone thought I was talking about The Hulk, that kinda works too!) What a great, perfect image showcasing the rage and brute strength of the character. A perfect Hulk page! Big congrats on finally scoring it!

When I was young and narrow-minded about Hulk artist, Ron Wilson was one of those artists that ran under my radar.
I appreciate that you shared it. This is a powerful page, and I'm glad you could add it to your fantastic collection of Hulk art!

What an amazing splash from one of the first comics that I ever bought.
This is right around the time that I started going to the comics shop on a weekly basis.
I devoured every issue of What If ? , so this one holds a nostalgia factor for me too !
