The way that Giffen spots those inks to evoke Kirby is so on brand for him. Giffen on Spidey is kind of like how he did Ambush Bug, but not seen as often.

Completely agree! I know it's a newer piece but it reeks of Ambush Bug! Just love the distingushed style.
