Armando Huerta *Swimming with Sharks* aka "Indulgence" Megan Fox Pinup on board, 2010 (NSFW 18+)

"Indulgence", but I called it "Swimming with Sharks" for years. Armando censored the piece for publication in his "SEXYNESS" book. A collector's edition limited to 1000 from Pinup World Art. Also published in his book "The Sweetness" exactly as drawn.

Features actor Megan Fox, I know she was one of Armando's favorite women to draw for a while. The drawing is very rare to be on board.

The drawing is on board approximately 20 x 30 inches, the image as described measures about 10" x 15" inch image area on illustration board and the drawing itself is in immaculate condition...I think closer to 12" x 15" with the shark fin and water lines. Very cool to have a real background, seemingly another unique attribute. It appears to be all on graphite to my eye but the seller thought there was some mixed media possible. I don't see it. Maybe Armando planned to make it into a painting since it started on board and this was the underdrawing. For whatever reason, he didn't ? Or maybe there is a painting out there of her and he made her a bit bigger and discarded this. Mystery. On a side note: I really wanted this one not just because it was uniquely on board (not sure how to even value that bonus!), but one of my favorite all time films is "Jaws." A competitive swimmer as a kid, the film had a huge impact on me. Hence the name SwimmersGirl, which is also a tribute to the famous image by Patrick Nagel called "Swimmers", which forever made me a fan!
