DescriptionA shaded and silent Venice is frequented by three profoundly different characters: a marginalised artist, a guardian spectrum of an ancestral enigma and an official who examines abandoned palaces. Even if with different intentions, the three subjects are all linked to the "native doors", mysterious openings scattered between calluses and foundations, beyond which an unexpected and eccentric prodigy mature.*** "Vetri" is a powerful and unsettling work. Narration with images in a different format, with a portfolio that does not tie the illustrations together, leaving you the freedom to mix or even remove fragments of story. This distopic Venice and yet, in the soul, so close to the real one, here more intimate and free of human "noise", will make you fall in love. Here's a watercolour study with the official in one location that was then not used in "Vetri". Huge thanks to Alb! Paper size: 21 x 29.7 cm Social/Sharing |

Watercolor expressionism! Really crazy, but beautiful and unusual! Great picture!
