Description

Technically, this isn't a convention sketch, as it wasn't produced at a convention. This piece was something Brandon produced and posted, back when his main haunt was still a Livejournal.

I commissioned him for a more involved piece (on here elsewhere), this was when I believe only the very first Oni Press Multiple Warheads issue had come out, King City might not even have been collected in full from Image Comics and he was living with Marian Churchland (only relevant because I got them to send both of their pieces in one shipment to me).

That shipment came with a bunch of extra's, and this was one of them. While I fell back into silence after that, I did pick the thread back up and we are in regular discussion over on Instagram, where Brandon hangs out. I have since also thrown money at him regularly for other works (on here elsewhere) because I adore his linework, his interpretation of the human figure, his technical drawings and way more than I can express (by which I mean: booty).
