Nifty colors in the cel. It often had two tones for each color as a mark of their quality.

Great animation setup combining cels and background plus the drawings. Seems to be a guest character which can help identify specific episode. Drawn and Quarterly is publishing Shigeru Mizuki in English and I am quite impressed with his work.
