DescriptionWell, Spidey of course. Was there ever any doubt?I mean, the Red Goblin was formidable, but Spidey always finds a way to win the day. Not that these never-ending challenges don't take their toll on the webslinger. So it's nice to see him here, fresh from battle, back in his traditional reds and blues, enjoying a rare moment of rest & serenity atop a building in the city that he watches over ... And yet, he still looks a bit wary, cuz he knows the next baddie is most likely just around the corner. I just love this big, beautiful image of Spidey, and of course that wonderful city background. Tomorrow night ... all FIVE covers TOGETHER. Stay tuned! Social/Sharing |

Hahaha, I know, it's actually killing me too. I was so tempted to post all five tonight, but then I decided to give #5 its due (plus I came up with a fun description, lol).

A classic pose done in the energetic Ramos style! The cover is just bright and optimistic on its own signaling 801 is a new direction after the milestone issue.

Epic cover image to finish off the set! This is also one of my favorites of the 5. Humongous shot of Spidey! I can hear the drum roll starting for the big reveal of the whole set! Congrats again dude!

Ramos makes such great small choices. Those birds flying in the background give good depth, scale, and just make you almost hear and feel the wind as Spidey crouches over his city. And he killed the inking. All that lovely crosshatching must have taken him a minute or two. Great cover, as you do. High-flying congrats!

Seriously, all name change jokes aside, there are two things I know about you. You love Spidey, and you love Ramos. So I know how much this incredible set means to you.
