DescriptionI don't know who I love more... Spidey or John Romita Sr!!! ;)This superbeautiful Pin-Up features SPIDERMAN, CAPTAIN AMERICA, HULK and SHE-HULK battling DR. DOOM and Dr. OCTOPUS! What else you can ask? Part of the Marvel Universe in one artwork. "I'm proud of everything that was done that was successful. I did the hiring and the firing and I'm proud of the fact that we were able to hire people as talented as the artists that we had, like Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko and Gene Colan and John Romita and Gil Kane. I'm proud of the fact that I worked with them and I like to think that we brought out the best of these artists and writers. It was a great time. I look back at that time when Marvel was starting I think I couldn't have been with a better group of people." STAN LEE Social/Sharing |

What an awesome tie-in piece of artwork. Very cool piece of history here, and seeing all of the heroes in the vehicles that were the toy tie-in, just pure nostalgia.

I would bet you that the Hulk is making vroom vroom sounds as he drives the construction vehicle. Heh. I remember this Hardees piece when it came up for auction. Very cool score. Congrats!

I'd love to see this delightfully nutty scene recreated in the MCU. John Romita could (and can) do no wrong... his work is endlessly amazing!
