That super red outfit is probably why they invented blinders for horses to wear. Phantom should wear this to a bullfight and see the chaos ensue.

The red suite was created for the first time in Italy in the 30's, it was Mario Nerbini to do this because the Phantom strips was in black and white !

Years after , when in the States, the Sunday pages started, the Phantom suite had a different color !
But the first Ph. in color was Italian .
