DescriptionI don’t do much on E-Bay anymore, so I’ve been throwing all the E-Bay gift cards I’ve received in a pile for the last six years, waiting for something that grabbed me to come along. This is one of two pieces that I thinned the pile out on.It’s funny that I’ve been collecting comic art since 1998, but it wasn’t until 2020 that I purchased any published Marvel art. I have to admit that when I got this piece I had a strange wave of nostalgia wash over me. Bagely’s work on it would fit in with his 90s run on Amazing Spider-Man perfectly, and looking at this page brought back memories of buying that run in the 90s when I’d be doing my regular visits to elderly family across the state to check on them, and stopping at a comic shop in the town my parents are from. This is a great one for Spidey fans! The black costume by Bagley is always welcomed in Spider-Man portfolios with all the scenes of Spidey at his most ideal in agility, power, and optimism.

The funny part is, if memory serves, you only beat me by a couple of hours on snagging page five when it was up for sale.
