DescriptionI started reading comics in the early 80's and the stories and the artwork on KaZar The Savage really stood out for me. One of my particular favorites was issue #5, which featured a flashback story about KaZar's early adventures prior to meeting Shanna. The cover was beautiful and the story inside had enough "pathos" to hook the young me from the first few pages.Anderson's storytelling was great throughout the series, and this page is a perfect example of how he creatively used the real estate of the page to build tension and tell an exciting story.
