Good evening Champions. Oliver Queen finally has hair, compliments of E29, E49, E79, Prismacolor Verethin White, Lemon Yellow, and Liquid Gel Pen. I've also established the eyebrow on the far right with E000, added a bit more of that tone on that side of his face, and and the collar of his jacket with C5, C7, and C9. This project feels closer now to completion. More as it develops.
