Description

Bob Peak is one of my favorite illustrators so I’m very happy I was able to pick up this huge 18x24 prelim from a Marlboro ad campaign. It’s always fun to get a hold of preliminary pieces and get a glimpse behind the veil where you can see the masters working out poses and figure placement.

Peak was such an excellent draftsman and I prefer his drawings and paintings that are mostly a drawing vs his poster work. He had such a unique line. Congrats on such a cool piece, hard to decide which side of the paper is nicer. Congrats.
