Description
Daily strip from April 18, 1981

I purchased this either San Diego 2000 or 2001 from Philip Anderson.
I was warned that Neal was reluctant to sign these because they were kept by the syndicate and not returned to him.
I figured 'nothing ventured - nothing gained', so I went to this table and asked if he would kindly sign this strip and he replied with a big smile. "Of course" and signed it to me.

Annamanthadoo!

Adams. Meet Neal Adams.
At San Diego he'd sign to me.
From the show Buck Rogers,
It's a strip right out of history.

Someday, maybe Buck will win the fight.
Then Wilma won't stay here for the night.

"Of Course" by Neal Adams
Have twenty fifth century time.
The sign for you line.
It's San Diego time

It's San Diego time

WILMA!!!!

This is a fantastic strip by Neal. The detail is amazing and I love the dialogue.

That entire story was pencilled by Denys Cowan and Neal did the inks. Neal also did 5x colour Sundays solo over the month of May 1981.
