Description

Bum Bum Ghigno (Boomer Buff) is a character living in Duckburg, a painter who is friends with both Gyro Gearloose and Donald Duck with whom he spends many hours at Poldo Crocchetta's bar drinking tamarind, created by Corrado Mastantuono.

His first appearance dates back to July 15, 1997, in the story "Paperino e la macchina della conoscenza" (Topolino magazine #2172), and then, as of today, appearing in more than 50 stories.

Bum Bum Ghigno has a very high self-esteem, but he realizes that it is not shared by his fellow citizens, much less by his best friends who often treat him with disdain and superiority. He therefore decides to create a secret identity, Imbianchino Mascherato (Masked House Painter), to fight crime and contend with Paperinik (Duck Avenger) the title of paladin of Duckburg.

Intini's drawings are always very expressive and hilarious, but this character is particularly suited to his style. Just great! 😹

Disguised or not, those teeth give him away! Fun design and carried out with joy by Intini.
