Re-inked in an attempt to mimic the incomparable Giacoia style.

Computer colored in Painter 2022.

Call me old, but I much prefer Giacoia's style of inking to today's highly fastidious and over rendered inking. I also prefer it to the many comics that abdicate inking, making the line work look like a coloring book.

A good example is the work of Jason Fabok. His work is so highly rendered that it should be printed as is. Color only brings it down because a lot of his fastidious line work is obscured by the coloring.

In this piece, I try to enhance Giacoia's inking style with the coloring. I try to make it more readable. If more professional colorists had this simple goal in mind, I think comics would be much more enjoyable.

I'm an older fan and a child of the 60s comics. But that's my opinion.
