Description

Steve Gallacci is the genius behind the comic book series Albedo Anthropomorphics which featured the adventures of Erma Felna. Many fans know of the title for the debut of Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo in the second issue. But Albedo should also be remembered for Steve's wonderful comic art and dynamic covers. Steve also did impressive work in Fantgraphics' Critters title - including part of a cover jam on the first issue. Zell, the Sworddancer appeared in just one issue of her own title. It was a great comic book that got lost in the shuffle. Today (August 9) is Steve Gallacci's birthday and I salute his wonderful work in comic books!
