Please forgive my HORRIBLE photography. This is actually Gorgeous art by Magyar from D.C.'s Who's Who Annual for 1989 Showcasing the BLACKHAWKS characters, among others. This piece is BLACKHAWK member Andre Blanc-Dumont. He was a French National, a soldier of fortune and one of the people instrumental in the creation and organization of the French Resistance fighting the Nazis during WWII. Andre was known as an excellent and sometimes reckless pilot and was second in command of the BLACKHAWKS.

Believe me, it looks much better in person. I had to start using a document camera when my scanner went belly-up, and images are not what I'd like them to be. It is a beauty, though.

Loved it when DC did Who's Who features in their annuals from 1989. Great piece!
