Gorgeous page from the incredible team of Curt Swan and Murphy Anderson. Those two artists con't get nearly the attention they deserve, IMO. For over a decade, they WERE the face of DC comics and produced more covers and pages than just about anyone in the biz. This is a terrific page featuring Superman's most important villain. Great that you were able to get it back! It's a winner!
