I was waiting for a while to own a 'classic' Raymond piece. While I'd love to own a Flash Gordon or Jungle Jim piece, this will suit me fine!

Well into his seventh year into the strip Raymond was in full swing. Here in the story Calendar Girl, Jenny Robbins is distraught believing that she's killed Bunco Bates,...but what do we see? The "body" is in flight? From the story "Calendar Girl" running from 1953-11-23 / 1954-04-17.

Raymond, the master, really sets the mood here with his famous triangles and wonderful crosshatching to show depth along with intense storytelling!
