Hulk (Shadows & Light #3 Cover Recreation) - Michael Maikowsky (after John Buscema and Claudio Castellini)

This is a stunning recreation of the iconic cover to Shadows & Light, originally a collaboration between two legends: John Buscema and Claudio Castellini. From what I understand, John Buscema provided the initial layout/sketch, and Castellini, with John's blessing, rendered it in his signature high-detail style.

This particular version was recreated for me years ago by Michael Maikowsky. It remains one of my absolute favorite pieces in my collection.

Michael did an incredible job capturing the power of the Buscema composition and the intricate rendering that made the original so memorable. A beautiful tribute to a classic Hulk image!
