I cannot believe that I am the first to post Dean Motter's The Prisoner artwork on CAF and equally amazed that Dean still had pages from his incredible run on this comic 35 years later.

Reading The Prisoner in 1988 was my introduction to the show, which I was only able to find on 5th generation VHS tapes from my local comic shop dealer who graciously had copies made for me. I then found books summarizing each episode which I read diligently. Then on my 18th birthday in 1989 I made a pilgrimage to Portmeirion, Wales to visit the location of "The Village". My family thought I was nuts, but we had a great time since it's such a picturesque location. I think I was a member of the Six of One club for a while.

Needless to say, acquiring several pages from Dean Motter's run on The Prisoner from the man himself was like a grail for me. Check out my other pages on CAF.
