Lady Memory could recall all of her race's "shared memories" She could reference any incident that had happened on Talok VIII, and perhaps anywhere in the universe. She could also force people to recall their lives with just a look/touch. Lady Memory was the spiritual as well as the military leader of the mountain people of Talok VIII and she led several revolts against the city dwellers which led her to clash with Shadow Lass and he cousin Grev.
Later, in an effort to reunite their peoples, she and Grev were wed.
She first appeared in Tales of the Legion of Super-Heroes #318 (1984)
The Lady Memory was penciled by Bove and then inked on a separate board by him. (see additional images)

Lamprey had to power to breathe in or out of water and to generate electrical charges. She joined to Legion Academy in an effort to qualify for the Legion.
