it was a just recent show. I have been looking for covers from John and was very excited when this one popped up.

you are right Ruben. Take away their super poweers and they still look like a tuff NY Street gang.

The faces look European like guys you'd find in a pub.  Mysterio though has a nice polished metallic shine like like a beer tap faucet.  

As long as it's an Irish pub, we are good Marcus.

This is a great painting.  It looks like they had an appointment at the JC Penney photo studio.  Picture the big umbrellas diffusing the light and the photographer trying like crazy not to wet themselves while lamely suggesting they smile.

Very cool group portrait of Spider-Man's Sinister Six by British artist John Watson! I love Watson's take on the Six, he makes them really come to life. Kraven and Sandman are properly depicted as proud and haughty, Doc Ock is standoffish, as one might expect. Electro looks a little too smug. Mysterio is, hilariously, nowhere to be seen. And the Vulture is glum and grumpy. I think this group portrait needs to used for something, maybe a SDCC poster? It's really terrific, IMHO.
