Description

Here is a Golden Age Joe Kubert cover or splash from his Estate. Does anybody know where or if this was published. Appears circa late 1940s/early 1950s. In the meantime, I made an EC logo as it makes me happy. See additional images to see the drawing without the logo.

I would check St. John based on style and his role there -possibly for a 100 pager that never got published

Since ican't send emails currently this syste is a blessing- all of the st John comics are up on www.comicbookplus.com Kubert did a lot of work for them so I would just fisst check on issue numbers via comics.org and then check to see if this corresponds to any of them and thus is a rejected or unused cover. There is a long shot it may be something ununsed for DC -not sure how much non-war stuff he did in the mis late 1950s the style looks t ome to be more 1950s than 1940s
