Ninja Girl by Willingham

I thought that I didn't own any Willingham art when I picked up some Warp pages back in 2022 but in a bag of art that I had misplaced when I moved in 2012, I found this art of a woman doing a high kick. I checked old emails and found that I won it on eBay and it was listed as a convention sketch from the 1980s of a ninja girl. I'm not sure if any of the listing is correct since I don't know if the sketch is that old or if the character is a ninja. The girl's belt and necklace make me think that this is a specific character but I'm not sure who she is. Possibly a character from Elementals or Ironwood?
