The sharp shardlike angles to all the different elements of this piece looks like it went through a kaleidoscope with only a few colors of red used in layer over layer until completed to the artist's satisfaction.

Can't even tell you how much I love this. The textures and colors are absolutely fantastic. It's just amazing how he managed to make those fiery reds so intense without being garish. I also love the depth that narrowing perspective provides. Just wonderful.
