The creativity would be sparked and inspired by all that imaginative work that's around the office. The Mars Attacks look is really fine with all that brain matter on display. The bottom half being that fine as well must have been more challenging to pull off with just dark colors and reflected light. The skull like form of it is interesting as well, atypical of the franchise's Martians.
