Description

Hawkman & Hawkgirl face off against the Shadow Thief in this Terry Pavelt cover to “KA-POW” (the Monthly NEWSLETTER and FUNZINE of the SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN COMICS CLUB) from April 1986.

The art is very reminiscent of the Shadow War mini-series and follow up Hawkman volume 2 with art by Richard Howell, and I see some Dick Dillin influence, particularly in Hawkgirl’s mask.
