Roland and Thundra are on the local train to reach the town of Batavia... There they will meet Mr Stafford who will recognize in Thundra his daughter kidnapped a dozen of years before ... Thundra (15 years old) will know his real father and his real name :JASMINE.
THE EXCELLENT COVER WAS PAINTED IN TEMPERA BY THE ARTIST FERDINANDO CORBELLA ...

At the time mr Corbella was young and did always very beautiful covers, he was a real MASTER !

Thundra/Jasmine is really grown up and sexy for a young lady, she looks like a modern days 15-year-old. Great cover!

La storia che ho raccontato a corredo dell'immagine è di pura fantasia, ma è ispirata alle avventure di Rolanf Eagle pubblicate sui primi numeri dell' Intrepido Libretto.

Non saprei datare con esattezza questa opera, potrebbe essere stata commissionata dall'editore Giusto Vaglieri che era intenzionato a pubblicare un settimanale tipo Grand Hotel ...
