Description

While attempting a maneuver to interchange Beta modules, Karen Penn’s Alpha craft malfunctions and careens toward a fiery death in Tirol’s atmosphere! Robotech II: The Sentinels Book I # 5, page 10 (1989).

Seeing Max’s Alpha module transform into GERWALK mode for the rescue attempt is a highlight of this page for me. Ink, gray markers, and white gouache on 14 X 17 Bristol.
