Description

My first commission from Allan, and I was absolutely floored with how much effort he put into it. I was on a cemetery theme for a while, and his depiction of Skye visiting a grave, perhaps that of her long-dead husband, is my favorite in that portion of the collection. From the detailed background to Skye�s pained expression, it�s perfect.

I�ve thought about getting this one inked and colored for years now, but after an experience doing so years ago I�m afraid to let art leave my home once I receive it.

If you�re keeping track of every time I say �I have a story about this piece I�ll tell you if you ever meet me in person� take a shot. I had an artist approach me after he saw this work and he asked about doing a Skye commission for me. Then it got weird, but not in a way you�d guess.
