That "Rise and shine" panel is worth the whole thing. I just love Garfield from this time period.

Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 7-24-83 (United Feature Syndicate, 1983). Garfield attempts a number of ways to wake Jon up for breakfast, but his owner isn't about to give him the satisfaction. This Garfield classic from when the tabby was still bipedal was created in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an 18.75" x 12.5" image area. The stat logo paste-up has extensive residue stains, production tape in the left and right margins, marginal notes, and an irregularly clipped top edge. In Excellent condition.

The stains are how you know it's the original stat! I wouldn't give them the satisfaction to change a thing on this.
