Echo by Gene Gonzales and Simon Gough

Echo is a longtime member of the Legion of Super-Villains who can project destructive sonic waves. The Khunds performed brutal experiments on Echo to try to learn more about his sonic powers, resulting in Echo being disfigured and having to rely on a mask to breathe. This particular look for Echo was designed by Carlos Pacheco, and is definitely my favorite. I commissioned Gene Gonzales to draw Echo and, as always, Gene rocked it! Echo looks awesome and his powers are shattering the background! Simon Gough put some lovely colors on this one, with the blue and reddish orange really popping off of the white background and shattering glass. Big thanks to Gene and Simon for another amazing collaboration!
