A true grail for me--the cover to the first issue of one of my favorite limited series, from my "golden age" of comic collecting. This comic hit the stands when I was about 9 years old.

BWS is one of those artist's artist who I can rarely form words to describe his brilliance. Just a wonderful example of his 80's style here! Very nice.

Fantastic piece! I just discovered Machine Man by BWS and it is spectacular! IMO it's ground zero for the drawing style Jim lee, Whilce Portacio and Marc silvestri popularized 5 or 6 years later.

This is a classic cover image that I think anyone reading comics in the mid 80s remember. BWS did some random issues of Daredevil and Iron Man among others back them which some people don't even remember him doing. But everyone remembers his memorable Machine Man series! Iconic BWS work!
