If you’ve been following along with my collection all these years I’m sure you know I’m a huge fan of Sasha Ira’s beautiful portraiture. Whenever I get the chance to support her I do but it’s been a few years since I’ve purchased any pieces directly from her. She hasn’t been sharing as much new art the passed few years so maybe she just isn’t creating as much. Anyway I recently noticed this beautiful piece being offered by Troy Dixon on eBay. When Troy sent me an offer on it I simply couldn’t resist purchasing it. He had messaged me about having some of Sasha’s pieces available about a year ago but I was on a little collecting hiatus so I didn’t check them out at the time but since I already purchased this one I figured why not pick up a couple of the others as well. He made me an offer I couldn’t refuse so I ended up with 3 more of her beautiful pieces in my collection.

Sasha’s portraits are always so breathtaking and beautifully rendered. This piece is no exception. She is so gorgeous. The details she captures are just phenomenal. I especially love her freckles and how you can just get lost in her eyes. So stunning. The addition of the grey and gold flowers just makes the piece pop. Another exceptional piece by Sasha that I’m so happy to have in my collection.
