Description

This cover was intended for the unpublished "The Laughing Magician" which was to be a combined edition of "Eyes of the Overworld" and "Cugel's Saga". It correctly has a Red sun unlike the earlier version.

The depth and color is magnificent in person. Im used to Fabian black and white pieces which are small. This is 18x24. Fabian large color pieces are very different from the black and white illustrations.

It's a redo of the cover for "The Eyes of the Overworld" published by Underwood Miller.

It was eventually published in a reworked form for the book "Echoes of the Goddess"
