This is the cover of "Scuolissima" (2021), where the theme is the "school".
We have Newton Gearloose (Gyro's nephew) and Ludwig Von Drake as his teacher in a funny gag.

I love that Soffritti chose Milt Kahl's Ludwig as the main character reference.
