Description

As part of a Secret Santa gift exchange, I was lucky enough to be the beneficiary of the empathetic Tyler T as my Santa. And he went above and beyond with a trifecta of commissioned Star Wars pieces by Australian artist Matthew Dunn. I am unfamiliar with Mr. Dunn’s work, by Tyler knows him to be an artist also with a deep love of cinema, and it became a perfect fit.

A Star Wars scene inked on a postcard, without any detail specifically calling out this as being a Star Wars piece. Amazing. My brain easily begins to fill in Lando in his cape in a Bespin hallway. Is that Lobot, or Boba Fett, or Han with Lando? The art draws you in and lets the mind wander.
