Description
This is getting reposted as it was accidentally deleted when cleaning up my CAF gallery. It had over 15000 views.

This is a page that I distinctly remember in one of my first encounters with Heavy Metal magazine and how much that changed my trajectory in comics and reading. I fell in love with the European art as well as this style of art. I might have been 13 or 14 so a bit too young for this material but when had that ever stopped me.

When Frank's work first started to come out and was sold by a dealer, the Red Sonja pages were the first offered. I took a chance and asked about Lann and the pages were all there and had not been picked through yet. I picked 4 great pages but of all the pages I picked, this is the one I most vividly recall. It is now the last of the 4 that I own and will probably remain my singular example of Thorne's work if I decide to let any more go.

I dare comicartfans youtube channel to pick this piece on the Thursday update.  With 10,000 views, this page had made the site a lot of ad revenue over the years and should have the recognition as Thorne art and for having such a timeless appeal.  I predict it will get more views eventually as many US states now prevent access to other forms of online erotic imagery.

They get ad revenue for views? Got to stay in the free zones in the US from what you said. Wait, I hear a crowd at my door. They are chanting, "Burn the filth lover." I replied to them,"How do you think you got here?Your parents had intercourse. They were likely nude at the time."

Your description made me laugh. Cleaning up. Lol. Remove that 'smut.' People are far too uptight. At least you got comments. I have one piece of artwork on the site thats been seen apparently 29,000 times and no comments! This is fabulous stuff. Franks art is so apprently simple, yet so beautiful in skill and composition.

A fantastic piece with a great story behind it. This is a striking example of Thorne's masterful storytelling and signature style. It’s easy to see why this page stuck with you over the years. Beyond its visual appeal, it represents a pivotal moment in discovering a whole new world of comic art. The fact that it remains the last of your four Lann pages makes it all the more special. Oh, and Dem Titties!

Nice stand alone Lann/Thorne example, good to get in there early. I don't think any other pages from Lann sold before a European collector took all the rest in one group.
